Are you an Aurion Self Service user with a problem? Here’s our quick guide to resolving your Self Service issues quickly and easily.
Aurion Self service provides simple, web-based access to Aurion people and payroll functions for employees and managers. Each company who uses Aurion to manage their business payroll will have their own Self Service web address (a ‘URL’) that employees and managers can use to login to Self Service and find the information that they need.
Not a Self Service user?
If you are looking for Aurion Support tools and services, you’ll need to login to your Aurion Support account using the Login option at the top of this screen. Aurion Support provides access for Aurion Administrators and other authorised customer representatives to communicate with our team. If you don’t have a Support account, you’ll need to contact the Aurion Coordinator within your business who can create a new account for you.
I can’t login, or I’ve forgotten my password.
To log in to Self Service, you’ll need a URL and login details (a username and temporary password) from your employer. You don’t need to download any apps from anywhere – Aurion Self Service can be accessed from any device, including phones. Aurion Self Service should be available 24 hours a day/7 days a week although you should check availability of Aurion Self Service with your specific employer as they may have periods where you’re unable to log in as part of their payroll schedule.

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be able to access your information. Here are some common queries we get from users about accessing Aurion Self Service – and the best way to resolve common problems.
I’m logged into Self Service, but I don’t know where to find what I’m looking for.
If you’re new to Self Service, there are a range of help materials and resources you can use to guide you around. These can be found at the top right of your screen (on a full-screen device such as a desktop computer) or from the bottom of the menu on a mobile device.
Help options include E-Learning movies and step-through guides for all Self Service functions including applying for leave, accessing pay documents and changing personal details.
I think my personal or payroll information is incorrect, and would like to check with someone.

To download a PDF version of your payslip, head to the Dashboard and select the ‘Payroll’ option on the menu. On this page, you’ll see a list of all of your past pays with a link to a printable PDF.
