Our latest software release, Aurion Version 11.100 (login required), is now available for customers. 

This release focuses on enhancing the employee experience, increasing payroll accuracy, and expanding integration capabilities across the Aurion platform. From a redesigned Employee Self Service homepage to improved payroll calculations, and new API functionality, Version 11.100 is designed to help organisations streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and create a more connected experience.

New Employee Self Service (ESS) Home Page experience 

We’re excited to introduce a modern new ESS Home Page that brings important information, tasks, and workplace updates together in one convenient location. 

Designed with usability in mind, the refreshed homepage gives employees and managers faster access to the information they need most, helping them stay informed and efficient throughout their day. 

Key features include: 

• Quick access to tasks and approvals 

• Visibility of announcements and workplace communications 

• Easy access to pay information and leave balances 

• A centralised view of key employee information 

By reducing the need to navigate between multiple screens, the new ESS Home Page delivers a more intuitive experience that helps employees and managers complete everyday tasks faster and with greater confidence. 

Improved payroll flexibility 

Version 11.100 also introduces enhancements that improve payroll accuracy and support more complex employment arrangements. 

Aurion now delivers more accurate public holiday calculations when employees are undertaking higher duties, helping ensure pay outcomes correctly reflect workforce arrangements. 

In addition, Aurion now correctly manages mid-pay-period changes to hourly-based standing allowance rates. This provides greater flexibility for organisations whose employees have varying allowance arrangements and reduces the need for manual intervention during payroll processing.

These improvements help payroll teams manage complex scenarios more efficiently while maintaining confidence in payroll accuracy. 

Enhanced API & automation capabilities 

As organisations continue to connect systems and automate administrative processes, Aurion is expanding its integration capabilities with new API functionality.
