As we continue to grow, we have an exciting new Payroll Improvement Partner position, to support our Managed Payroll Services (MPS) team with implementations, improvement activities and strengthen process consistency, efficiency, and service quality.

Working closely with payroll operations, product, and client teams, you will optimise the payroll process framework to drive standardisation and system improvement, making it easier for teams to deliver high-quality, compliant payroll outcomes every day.

Responsibilities

  • Support system administration activities and implement controls and governance that optimise and standardised the MPS payroll processes
  • Document and continuously improve payroll workflows
  • Analyse operational insights to identify and develop improvements plans
  • Embed consistent processes across payroll teams
  • Contribute to system and workflow enhancements
  • Partner cross-functionally to support service optimisation

This is an exciting, hands on, face-paced and highly collaborative role focused on developing standardisation and embedding better ways of working with our teams to deliver quality outcomes at scale.

About You

You are a passionate payroll professional with strong Aurion experience who loves questioning the status-quo to ensure work is being done in the most efficient and practical ways, building systems and processes that makes a real difference and can provide hands on implementation and specialist system administration support.

  • Aurion payroll and system administration and/or implementation experience
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance and operations
  • Proven ability to identify and support process improvements with a strong continuous improvement mindset
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a face paced and high volume environment
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities

Experienced in outsourced payroll including client delivery while not essential, would be highly valued.
