Why Xenia needed a smarter payroll solution 

 Before implementing Aurion, Xenia Constructions faced significant challenges due to rapid company expansion and internal payroll staff turnover, resulting in the team spending around 40 hours each month on payroll tasks.

At one point, we were dedicating around 40 hours each month to payroll tasks, on top of our core responsibilities. This was happening during a phase of rapid company expansion, which made it even more critical to free up time and focus on strategic priorities like growth and operational efficiency.”

In 2025, Xenia transitioned from Aurion’s Version 11 to a pilot of Version 12, a modern, intuitive platform designed to make People and Payroll tasks simpler, faster, and more efficient. The upgrade introduced a clean, user-friendly interface, advanced automation, and real-time compliance tools, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements without additional effort. 

Version 12 also delivered greater visibility into pay processing outcomes, seamless management of hires and separations, and advanced reporting and back-end capabilities, including always-live payroll.
