To achieve this, our Director of People and Culture, Cara Haslop has developed different learning pathways for the different leadership cohorts within Aurion. Leveraging the wide range of resources from the Growth Faculty, Cara hosts designated “watch parties” for our team to view sessions together, and discuss key takeaways and learnings post-event. Providing relevant learning opportunities to apply to our daily operations within Aurion, and beyond.
