Upgrade to our payroll software platform

With the latest Version 11.92 release, our Aurion Core and Web functionalities have been upgraded to the most recent iteration of Uniface. This ensures that we provide the most robust and up-to-date technology available to our users. As a part of this upgrade, it is now a requirement for customers to transition from DLM Licensing Management to Sentinel Licensing.

For our SaaS and Managed Payroll Services customers, this transition is seamless. Our team are scheduled to handle this entire process from end-to-end on your behalf. Providing your team with valuable time back in their day to allow operations to continue with limited disruptions. This Uniface upgrade is one of the larger features from any of our recent software releases, bringing an increase in stability, security and scalability for our customers by operating each Aurion solution with the latest technology. Having updated software architecture is critical to provide payroll professionals with a platform they can rely on for every pay cycle.

Employment identification made easy with new visa and passport management options

In the modern era of technology, managing and having control over your personal information is critical. Which is why we have added the ability for employees to manage their visa and passport details in Employee Self Service (ESS), empowering your team to take control of their data. This added functionality allows employees and managers to update visa and passport information, directly within Aurion.

Self Service plays an important part in providing autonomy and visibility of personal information, all while reducing administrative duties for inputting these details for teams in payroll and HR. Facilitating compliance requirements for a variety of industries, alongside reducing the risk of having outdated information on file.

Updated configuration options for Beam super payments

Beam is one of our Superannuation integration partners, and we’re excited to introduce improved configuration options in Version 11.92. Customers now have the added flexibility to update Beam credentials directly, eliminating unnecessary delays and giving payroll teams greater control with super payment tasks.

In the unexpected event that Beam credentials do not automatically renew, users can now perform manual overrides to input details directly. This enhancement minimises the potential for disruptions to critical and time-sensitive activities, giving more reliability and peace of mind. Through enhancing these configuration options with Beam payments, our customers can have increased agility and responsiveness, reducing dependency on external support and enabling business continuity.

New automations for termination calculation and modelling

Handling terminations with a high level of accuracy is crucial for payroll professionals managing complex scenarios and generating forecasting options and reports. With the new Automated Termination Modelling feature in Version 11.92, users can now generate termination quotes with complete visibility into all leave and tax calculations. Making it easier than ever to model different scenarios and provide assurance in the accuracy of each calculation.

When processing a termination, Aurion core will now automatically pull the generated quote into the pay record. Creating a timely, accurate and automated payroll sequence. This new functionality will save teams time, while also adhering to compliance requirements through the accuracy of calculating termination payouts. Eliminating this labour intensive task with an additional automation opportunity, reducing the risk of errors while enhancing the overall efficiency of termination processes.
