What’s the role?

As an integral member of our Programs and wider Client Engagement teams, you will work with the our customers to deliver proven and established solutions, leveraging our core product and service capabilities.

  • Work with the Project Manager and operational teams to manage scope creep and client expectations.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings and ensure the relevant design artefacts are accurate and aligned to our core solution suite .
  • Confirm the design and configuration of the client’s Aurion system.
  • Provide training to the client with a focus on procedure and key business outcomes.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who thrives in being challenged and is able to learn and adapt. You must be able to work collaboratively as well as independently, and demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems, and propose solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative team approach and facilitate negotiations to build consensus for sound decision-making.
  • Stakeholder engagement with aptitude for building strong relationships.
  • Influence stakeholders and using logical arguments based on facts and data.
  • Facilitating workshops and persuasive presentations.
  • Exceptional people skills, including the ability to speak to both technical and business concerns.
  • Operate as part of a distributed workforce using collaboration and communication software platforms for collaboration and communication.
