At an Australian HR Institute (AHRI) NSW Learning & Development Network event this week in our Sydney office, Leila Wearing, GM of Learning Ventures, worked with the room of HR professionals to impart the importance of redesigning learning for virtual delivery, and how to retain the strong impact of the in-person experience.
Leila Wearing is a seasoned virtual facilitator, and the participants found through case studies, tricks and tips, and fun stories, that learning virtually is not the same as learning face-to-face, and walked away with practical skills to help them transition their own organisation’s L&D to a virtual environment.
