As a key member of our Consulting Services leadership team, the Partner Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing and expanding our service capabilities and capacity within the market.

Responsibilities

Managing and growing our business partnerships to expand the service capabilities of Auron is a key element of this role, with additional responsibilities which include:

• Lead and empower our implementation partners as key strategic collaborators, ensuring successful project delivery and long-term partnerships
• Ensure partner-led projects are delivered in full compliance with our Project Governance Framework, maintaining high standards of execution and oversight
• Develop and implement partner support strategies for both product and service offerings, enhancing partner capabilities and driving mutual success
• Refine and enhance the existing Implementation Partner Framework, optimising processes and ensuring alignment with evolving business objectives
• Drive partner utilisation and meet revenue targets, tracking performance and identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation
• Collaborate with the Director of Consulting Services to manage strategic and commercial negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with implementation partners
• Direct continuous improvement initiatives with partners, focusing on process refinement, quality enhancement, and operational efficiency
• Provide support to partners on client escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues to maintain strong client relationships

Skills and experience

We are looking for a highly motivated team member who has experience managing a small team and thrives in a dynamic environment, while demonstrating the following experience and qualities:

• In-depth knowledge of the solutions and services at Aurion is required
• Advanced commercial acumen and understands the importance of process compliance
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement in partner delivery and strengthen governance frameworks
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical and business concerns with clarity, adapting to different audiences and fostering positive relationship
• Highly effective in operating within a hybrid workforce to conduct efficient collaboration and communication across multiple stakeholders
• Prior experience in engaging stakeholders and managing client relationships with a consultative and results-driven approach
