As part of the Aurion Learning Team, you will liaise directly with the Learning & Development Manager and our highly skilled experts across Aurion to ensure we create content that educates and supports our customers and team, in support of our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities 

As an integral member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify opportunities for new Learning courses to be created in order to further educate our team and customers about our Aurion solutions
  • Write effective learning materials using Rapid Prototyping methodology
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across the business to create learning materials that are accurate and effective
  • Support the Learning team with the maintenance, creation and revision of learning materials used externally by customers, and internally within Aurion
  • Build end-to-end online learning materials using Articulate Rise
  • Create and continuously improve upon knowledge documentation for both of our software streams, Aurion Version 11 and Aurion Version 12

Skills and experience

We are looking for a highly motivated team member who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, along with the following qualities:

  • Highly advantageous to have previous experience in the development of online learning materials in a similar role using tools such as:
    • Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Premiere, Photoshop)
    • Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise)
    • Adobe Captivate
    • Customer Support Software (Intercom)
  • Qualification of TAE40116 Certificate IV (or TAE40110) is desirable but not essential
  • Strong capability to manage competing priorities and manage expectations for multiple stakeholders
  • Prior experience in the development of online learning materials or equivalent communication writing
  • Knowledge of the Aurion software is desirable
  • Proven ability to use strategic and critical thinking to execute efficient planning strategies to meet deadlines
  • Expectation to effectively operate in a hybrid working environment
  • You are a collaborative team member, and are able to contribute to an open and honest environment where ideas and views are discussed freely
