Reporting to our Director of Operations team, the Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and success with our payroll software solutions throughout the implementation process.
Responsibilities
This role involves managing the customer experience throughout the implementation project lifecycle to ensure a seamless and successful outcome. To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and customer-focused individual who can manage customer expectations, and drive customer engagement. Further responsibilities include:
- Guiding new customers through the implementation process, resolving challenges customers may face and coordinating with internal teams as necessary
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact during the implementation phase, right through to the handover to the Account Management team post go-live
- Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet customer requirements
- Support new customers with knowledge gaps in product or process functions to drive confidence through the implementation process
- Identify areas and opportunities for continued improvement and overall efficiencies relating to processes and procedures
- Assist in the compilation and review of the Statement of Work (SoW) created for each Aurion implementation project
- Develop best-in-class handover processes and documentation to ensure seamless transitions between Sales-to-Project and Project-to-BAU handover points
Skills and experience
We are looking for a highly motivated team member who thrives in a dynamic environment while demonstrating the following experience and qualities:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, preferably in the software or technology industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Highly advantageous to have prior experience in payroll, HR, financial or banking systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
