Today’s release of the Aurion update 11.69 (log in for access) features the new Aurion app that brings your payroll to wherever you are; and the automation of recruitment tasks with APIs, like managing automating even more of the vacancy management and application process online, to save users time and effort duplicating previous work.

Once the app is installed on an employees’ phone and setup via their company’s Aurion Self Service module, they can download payslips, apply for leave and more, without needing to log onto a website or make a call – so no more painful password resets! You can even brand the app with your company logo.
When connected, employees can access their Self Service for more features like recording time and attendance or submitting expense claims.

The Aurion Recruitment APIs that let you post job vacancies on your website have been upgraded, so it’s faster to create or update vacancies and easier to customise the information appearing. A major new time-saving feature is that users can now modify any templated screening questionnaire, including removing questions and setting mandatory fields to be completed by the candidate.
The process of managing vacancies has also been made more intuitive, with the purpose of two Action and Vacancy fields being clarified on the relevant Core screens and in Query Tool.
